 Shipping

All orders are shipped by either UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order. DYNAMIC TURBO® does not guarantee on time deliver for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer.

Dynamic Turbo also offers Freight Shipping to Business Addresses in the Continental USA, Freight Shipments going to a residential address will require a $75 residential delivery fee. There is a 70lb weight restriction per package on APO/FPO, Guam, and US Virgin Island orders.

 UPS and FedEx do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address (that UPS, FedEx and USPS can deliver to) to avoid delivery issues or additional charges. Shipping to an APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or Canada is available at normal rates.

  • All order shipping to Guam and the US Virgin Islands ship via USPS. 

 

Shipping Methods

Our Free Shipping Option is either UPS or USPS, depending on the weight and size of the item. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid delaying shipment. If USPS does not deliver to your physical address then we recommend that you provide your PO Box on the Address Line 2 underneath your physical address.

All Standard and Ground Shipping Orders will ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx, whichever is most cost-effective. In general, orders weighing less than 1 lb. will go Priority Mail and heavier boxes will ship UPS Ground. Orders placed M-F before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification) All packages destined for APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS, regardless of weight. APO/FPO orders can take up to 2 months to be delivered. Please contact us if your order takes longer than that to arrive. Packages shipping to Guam and US Virgin Islands ship USPS. USPS shipments have a 70lb weight limit per package. If you are unsure of the weight of an item, please contact us.

Guaranteed 3 Day Orders will be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days after the ship date. (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business/working days) Shipping method is not guaranteed. Orders placed M-F before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification)

Guaranteed 2 Day Orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days after the ship date. (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business/working days) Shipping method is not guaranteed. Orders placed M-F before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification)

Guaranteed 1 Day Orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air (Saver will be used where available) OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 1 business day after the ship date.(Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business/working days). Shipping method is not guaranteed. Orders placed M-F before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification). Next Day Air (Saturday) Orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air (Saturday) if available to your location. Delivery is guaranteed on Saturday however the delivery time will depend on what is available for your location. Choosing this shipping method is the only time that Saturday delivery is available. Orders placed by Friday 5:00pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day to be delivered on Saturday (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification).

Time definite shipments (Guaranteed 3 Day, 2 Day and 1 Day) that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability. Not all expedited shipping methods are available to all locations

 

Shipment Tracking

Dynamic Turbo sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed with a valid email address. If you have not provided an email address, you can simply call us at 1-305-386-6545 with your order number for tracking information. Tracking information is also available by logging into your account at DynamicTurbo®.

Tracking numbers beginning with 1Z have been sent via UPS, and can be tracked via www.ups.com. Tracking numbers beginning with a 9 have been sent via US Mail, and can be tracked via www.usps.com. Package movement will be updated by USPS at the end of each business day; given there is information to update. Tracking numbers that are 9 digits long have been sent via UPS Freight. Freight shipments can be tracked from the UPS Freight website. Please note that freight shipments being delivered to Residential locations may be delayed if UPS Freight is unable to contact you by phone to setup a delivery date and time.

 
 
Damaged Shipments 

We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, damage will occur despite our precautions. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please call us within 72 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a UPS claim for the item.

Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because UPS, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A UPS representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return. If UPS does not come to inspect the package, or does not take it with them when they do come; please call us, and we will send you a UPS Return tag to send the damaged product back to us.If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 15 business days to start a UPS tracer.

 

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments 

Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.

Missing Shipments

Occasionally packages are lost or misrouted during transit. Before contacting us, please note the following estimated delivery times for orders sent via Free, Standard, or Ground Shipping:

  • East Coast, 1-3 business days
  • Midwest, 2-4 business days
  • Southwest, 3-5 business days
  • West Coast, 4-7 business days

If your package shipped and hasn’t been received within the above guidelines then please contact us so that we may investigate.

 

For missing FedEx shipping packages:

  • A FedEx claim in most cases will normally be resolved in 5 to 7 business days after we receive your claim form and supporting claim documentation, unless additional time for research is needed. 

For missing UPS shipped packages:

  • A UPS trace investigation takes up to 8 business days to be completed. If UPS is unable to locate the package after 8 business days then a replacement item may be shipped. 

For missing USPS packages: 

  • We allow USPS an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package before we are able to ship a replacement item. 

For missing UPS Freight packages: 

  • UPS Freight missing package investigations do not have a set amount of time that they take to be completed and are on a case by case basis. 

For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO: 

  • Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If you still have not received your package after 60 days then please contact us to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the Military Postal Service Agency. Once the inquiry is received, the Military Postal Service Agency will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

 

Freight Disclamer

Receiving Your Shipment: Please be aware that it is the duty of the customer/consignee to accept delivery of freight goods consigned to them. The consignee must be present to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.

Inspecting Your Shipment: It is the consignee's responsibility to inspect their shipment for damages before the UPS Freight driver leaves the delivery location. If the packaging shows any indication of damage, open it immediately to check the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. If your shipment has been damaged, you (or the UPS Freight driver) must write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and UPS Freight's copy of the delivery receipt. If possible, please take pictures of the damages to the box and the damages to the item. Please call us so that we may start a damage claim with UPS Freight. Failure to inspect for damages at the time of delivery could result in any damage claim made thereafter being voided by UPS Freight.

For Concealed Loss or Damage: As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. Should you discover a concealed loss or damage, contact us immediately to start a claim with UPS Freight. Make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage and please have pictures of the damages available to support your claim. Please note that any damage claim made after delivery has been completed could result in the claim being voided by UPS Freight.

Note: The consignee is not justified in refusing a damaged shipment unless the damage has made the goods totally worthless. In cases of partial damage or loss, the customer should accept the entire shipment and determine whether it can be repaired or retained with an allowance. The customer is responsible for any holding or shipping charges on a refused shipment that UPS Freight deems repairable.

The consignee must be present to receive the shipment at the time of delivery. Failure of the consignee to do so may result in a delayed delivery and possible holding of the goods by UPS Freight. If UPS Freight is unable to make delivery, storage charges for each day held will accrue. If held, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that neither UPS Freight nor Dynamic Turbo® are able to contact the customer to schedule a delivery, the goods will be returned to Dynamic Turbo® and the original and return shipping cost as well as any storage fees will be charged to the customer. A restock fee may be charged at Dynamic Turbo's discretion to cover any additional costs such as replacement packaging.

Please note that freight items are not returnable once shipped unless as a last resort if a shipment is in danger of becoming abandoned. In the case of a Refused Freight Shipment without damage, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping, shipping of the freight item back to us, and any storage fees if applicable. In addition, the customer may be charged a restocking fee at Dynamic Turbo's discretion based off of the individual situation and condition of the returning product and packaging. Replacement packaging needs to be special ordered so any replacement packaging for refused shipments must be covered by the customer.

Free Freight Shipping: Dynamic Turbo® offers Free Freight Shipping to Business Addresses in the Continental 48 States via UPS Freight. A freight carrier defines a business as a commercially zoned location that has a building/office that opens and closes to the general public during normal 9-5 hours on weekdays. Therefore, please note that a business out of a home is still considered a residence. Any additional fees charged by UPS Freight for additional services either incurred through delivery issues or as requested by the consignee (other than normal shipping costs) are the responsibility of the customer. These include, but may not be limited to: Residential Delivery, Inside Delivery or Pickup, Redelivery, Limited Access Delivery or Pickup (e.g. Churches, Schools, Construction Sites and Military Bases), Lift-Gate Service, Storage Fees, Corrected Bill of Lading.

 
 Returns 

Return Policy: All items returned are subject to a 30% (thirty percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after date of invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact DYNAMIC TURBO® within this time period to be eligible for a return. A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. (RA#) must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable. If DYNAMIC TURBO® does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product please contact us within our 14 day return policy period, and we will process your return free of shipping charges. In the event of a defect that occurs outside our return policy, but within the manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim. As a courtesy to our customers, Dynamic Turbo® will be happy to try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim, but we have no final say in the decision made by the manufacturer (i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.). Dynamic Turbo® is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. Some items may require pictures or a shop report to have an (RA#) issued.

Unauthorized Returns: If you return a product without first contacting our Returns Department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), it will be refused for acceptacnce.

Non-Returnable Products: Returns will not be accepted for any of the following items: ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders, custom orders, Chips, Wheel/Tire Packages, Opened Clutches (removed from original packaging), Opened Exhaust products (removed from original packaging), Hoods, Body Kits, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used, painted or installed on a vehicle. Dynamic Turbo® gift certificates are non-refundable. These products are only up for exchange in the case of a defect. Issues with these items must be taken up directly with the manufacturer. Used or mounted wheels (including Wheel/Tire Packages purchased from us), cannot be accepted for return. Any damage done to wheels mounted & balanced outside of our facilities will not be covered by Dynamic Turbo®. Please check your wheels for damage before mounting and balancing. ALL freight shipments are not returnable.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Any order which is cancelled with DYNAMIC TURBO® after 24hrs from placement of order to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% (ten percent).

An order that has already received tracking cannot be canceled.

How to Return a Product: If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) number which is required to process your return. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition.  If we sent you an incorrect (not the product you ordered) or defective item and you contact the above email address within 14 days of receiving your order, we will replace the product or process your return at no charge. Incomplete orders or damaged orders must be reported to the above email address within 48 hours to avoid return shipping fees. If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and before the item is used or installed. In the case a replacement product was sent, we will send you a UPS Return tag to return the incorrect/defective product back to us. Otherwise, when shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a shipping method that offers signature confirmation, tracking, and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
