Valve Opening Rate Improved: TODA Racing believes that lift and duration are not as important as the ramp angle and ramp speed. Non- symmertrical lobe design is used so valve opening rate should be fast and smooth, while the closing rate should be slow and long. This design mentality reassure the best performance possible and relieves unnecessary stress on valve train components.
Intensive Research and Development: Engineers at TODA Racing spend countless hours testing and modifing designs using the latest IBM Catia CAD/CAM/CAE system and engineering simulation softwares. Data gathered from the engineers forms the basis where prototype products are made and undergone engine dyno testing along side actual racing.
